We received a call in the middle of the afternoon from the downtown movie house in The Hem. The customer was rather glad that he came across us seeing as we were the third emergency locksmith firm he had telephoned, the others had declined to help out. He decided to go out for dinner and a movie with his better half since it was their twenty fifth anniversary. Regrettably it was as soon as they left the theatre that he realised he had misplaced his keys. He stated, "I ran back inside the building and checked directly where we were sitting; but there were no car keys there. I consequently got an idea to check in our automobile and lo and behold I found them, still in the ignition, yet unfortunately the door had self locked." Our locksmith was there promptly and a few moments later had the work done and the automobile opened. The now happy husband and wife were soon on the road again.

"We have a single set of door keys for the building seeing as management determined that it was much better for safety and security. Now the guy who used the keys during the weekend lost them while out," reported our customer in The Hem. We were able to open the door and also switched the locks, since with misplaced keys, you have no idea who might try to use them.
